Raipur, April 16, 2025:Chhattisgarh has secured a spot among the top 10 Indian states with the highest investment in the year 2025, according to a recent Project Today survey. With a total investment of Rs 1,63,738 crore in 2025 alone, Chhattisgarh ranked 10th in the country. When combined with the investment figures from 2024, the total investment inflow into the state reaches an impressive Rs 4.4 lakh crore.This achievement has been attributed to the continuous efforts of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, who led multiple roadshows and proactively promoted the state’s industry-friendly policies.According to the survey, 218 new projects have been launched in Chhattisgarh in 2025, accounting for Rs 1,63,748.95 crore—representing 3.71% of the total national investment, a significant share. The state’s new industrial policy has played a pivotal role in attracting both domestic and international investors.Chhattisgarh is rapidly emerging as a new hub for business and industry, supported by over 300 policy reforms implemented in the past year. These reforms have made doing business easier, more transparent, and efficient, reducing bureaucratic hurdles and increasing procedural clarity.As per Project Today, the top 10 investment-attracting states in 2025 include Maharashtra (1st), followed by Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh.Chhattisgarh’s rise in the investment rankings reflects a strong commitment to economic growth, industrial development, and creating a business-friendly environment.
