Jashpur to Get a New Modern Hospital, Foundation Laid by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai

In a major development from Jashpur, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art 100-bed hospital at the Jagdev Ram Oraon Kalyan Ashram Hospital premises. The hospital will be constructed at an estimated cost of ₹35.53 crore, funded through the CSR initiative of NTPC Lara.

Speaking on the occasion, CM Sai said that the hospital will become a milestone in strengthening healthcare services in the region. He also announced an upcoming cabinet expansion and informed that the central government has approved the railway project from Kharsia to Naya Raipur.

Regarding the Waqf Board Bill, the Chief Minister stated that it will particularly benefit Jashpur district, which falls under the Fifth Schedule area. The bill will provide legal protection to the land rights of the tribal communities in the region.

The event was hosted by advocate Satyaprakash Tiwari. Also present on the occasion were Kalyan Ashram’s National President Satyendra Singh and RSS leader Dr. Purnendu.
