Raipur, July 1, 2025 – Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the Chhattisgarh Industry Dialogue-2 in Raipur today and stated that the state is no longer confined to core sectors. Chhattisgarh is ready to become a national hub for futuristic industries such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, pharma, defense, aerospace, and green hydrogen.
Welcoming investors, CM Sai highlighted that the state’s new industrial policy is focused on employment generation and economic prosperity. “We are transforming Chhattisgarh from its insurgency-affected past into one of India’s most dynamic industrial and technological hubs. The state is now a highly attractive investment destination,” he said.
Logistics Policy and Connectivity Initiatives
The CM announced that the Cabinet has recently approved the draft of the Chhattisgarh State Logistics Policy 2025. This policy aims to position the state as a national logistics hub. He emphasized that Chhattisgarh’s central geographic location makes it a key point for connectivity across India. The policy will:
Attract domestic and foreign investment in logistics and e-commerce
Strengthen export infrastructure
Promote dry ports and inland container depots
Provide affordable storage and distribution systems to industries, traders, and farmers
Reduce logistics costs and boost exports
Jan Vishwas Bill: Reducing Complexity in Business
CM Sai stated that the Jan Vishwas (Public Trust) Bill will simplify business and public life by decriminalizing certain legal provisions, protecting entrepreneurs from unnecessary litigation and reducing judicial burden. “This bill will promote ease of living and ease of doing business,” he said, assuring a low-barrier, high-opportunity environment for investors and citizens.
Record-Breaking Investments and Industrial Growth
The Chief Minister revealed that over 350 structural reforms have been implemented in the last 18 months, greatly improving both the ease and speed of doing business in the state. In just six months, investment proposals worth ₹5.5 lakh crore have been received—a record in the state’s industrial history.
Investor summits in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru attracted massive interest, with major proposals including:

₹6,000 crore in Mumbai
Major energy sector investment in Bengaluru
In FY 2025, Chhattisgarh attracted ₹1,63,749 crore, accounting for 3.71% of India’s total investment.
Semiconductor Investment and Silicon Valley Vision
CM Sai announced that Polymatech has already received land and NOC within three months for a semiconductor project worth ₹1,143 crore, targeting annual production of 10 billion chips. “Our goal is to make Nava Raipur the Silicon Valley of Chhattisgarh,” he said.
The newly launched Single Window System 2.0 integrates online applications, departmental approvals, and subsidy disbursement. All approvals for setting up industries will now be available at the click of a button, ensuring transparency and speed.

The new industrial policy aims to create over 5 lakh jobs in the next five years. CM Sai emphasized that Chhattisgarh will be India’s fastest-growing economy of the next decade in sectors like textiles, pharma, AI, defense, energy, and medical tourism.
He urged entrepreneurs to invest in Chhattisgarh and be part of its transformation. “We will ensure Chhattisgarh plays a leading role in building a developed India.”
Commitment to Ending Naxalism
CM Sai reaffirmed the government’s resolve to eliminate Naxalism. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, development and security campaigns are yielding positive results. The government aims to completely eradicate the Naxal issue by March 2026, bringing peace and progress to affected regions.
One Click Single Window System 2.0 Launched
The CM officially launched the One Click Single Window System 2.0, which will drastically reduce approval times and elevate Chhattisgarh to the top among Indian states in ease of doing business.
Industry Minister’s Address
Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan stated that the state prioritizes simple, transparent, and fast procedures for industries. He said the new system would enable investors to receive all necessary approvals in minimal time, enhancing the state’s investment ecosystem. Land allotment in new industrial parks is now available online.

On this occasion, CM Sai handed over “Invitation to Invest” letters to 11 major companies, covering investment proposals worth ₹1,23,073 crore and creating employment for 20,627 people. These companies include:
