All preparations for the program have been completed by the administration. This phase will continue until May 31. During this time, solution camps will be organized in 8 to 15 gram panchayats in each district, where applicants will be informed about the status of their applications. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and other ministers will participate in some of these camps, meeting applicants and gathering details about the resolution of their issues. In this phase, the Chief Minister himself will conduct surprise visits to villages by helicopter, interact with residents through village meetings (chaupals), and inquire about local development and the working style of the field staff. CM Sai will also review the on-ground implementation of government schemes, as well as construction and development activities.Notably, the Chhattisgarh government is organizing the Good Governance Festival-2025 to make governance more sensitive, citizen-centric, and transparent, and to ensure swift resolution of public grievances. The first phase of the festival began on April 8, during which, until April 11, camps were set up in village panchayats and urban wards to collect public applications regarding issues and demands. To make the application process accessible, solution boxes were placed at key locations from the village level to the district headquarters, and an online application system was also established. In the first phase, the government received over 4 million applications from citizens, covering demands, problems, and issues related to government schemes. The district administration, through dedicated efforts, classified these applications by department and uploaded them on the Suraj Abhiyan portal, with resolution processes being carried out transparently. Applicants are being informed about the status of their submissions in a timely manner. In the third phase, the government’s priority is to inform the public about welfare schemes. At the solution camps, beneficiaries will be provided with application forms and assistance will be given to ensure eligible citizens can access scheme benefits. Additionally, villagers will be encouraged and motivated to take advantage of the schemes.Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has emphasized that the main objective of the Good Governance Festival is to bring governance to people’s doorsteps. He stated, “Our resolve is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach every citizen of the state, and no eligible beneficiary is left behind.” The Good Governance Festival has become a living example of CM Sai’s commitment to public welfare. This campaign is not just a medium for collecting applications or resolving problems, but has emerged as a bridge between the government and the people.
