22 Naxalites with a Collective Bounty of \u20b937.50 Lakh Surrender<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Raipur, 11 July 2025 \u2014 A total of 22 Naxalites carrying a combined bounty of \u20b937.50 lakh have surrendered in Narayanpur district. The rewards on their heads ranged from \u20b950,000 to \u20b98 lakh each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai shared on social media platform X, stating, \u201cPeople now want to walk the path of development, not carry guns.\u201d He further noted that under his administration, a total of 1,476 Maoists have surrendered so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chief Minister emphasized that this is a direct result of the state government\u2019s new Surrender and Rehabilitation Policy 2025 and the success of various public welfare schemes. Initiatives like \u2018Niyad Nellanar\u2019 have built trust among the people, leading many to abandon violence and return to the mainstream of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
