Raipur, 10 July 2025 \u2013 Animesh Kujur, a young sprinter from Chhattisgarh, has created a new national record for India by completing the 100-meter race in just 10.18 seconds at the Dromia International Sprint Meet held in Athens, Greece. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai congratulated him through a post on his social media handle ‘X’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CM Sai stated, \u201cThis is a moment of immense pride and joy for all of us. Animesh Kujur from Chhattisgarh has set a new national record by finishing the 100-meter race in just 10.18 seconds at the Dromia International Sprint Meet in Greece. Earlier, he had also created a national record by completing the 200-meter race in 20.32 seconds at the Asian Athletics Championship held in South Korea.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
