He emphasized that such events offer ministers the opportunity to understand key aspects of good governance and transformational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first session of the two-day Chintan Shivir, held at IIM Raipur, was attended by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai along with all cabinet ministers of the state. The session featured in-depth discussions on topics such as Transformational Leadership, Visionary Governance, Culture, Good Governance, and Nation Building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Himanshu Rai, Director of IIM Indore, delivered a lecture on Transformational Leadership and Visionary Governance. Quoting verses from the Bhagavad Gita, he shed light on selfless action and ethical administration. He highlighted that actions should not be performed merely with the expectation of results, but because they are inherently right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, former President of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), spoke on Culture, Good Governance, and Nation Building. He remarked, \u201cIndia\u2019s unity is not only geographical but also cultural and spiritual.\u201d He stressed that nation-building is not just dependent on policies or resources but also on cultural awareness and moral values. Emphasizing the philosophy of Antyodaya (welfare of the last person in society), he stated that the welfare of the most marginalized should be a priority of good governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Sai said that events like Chintan Shivir infuse governance with new direction and energy.
