The suspension order was issued by the Commissioner of Bilaspur Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per the government\u2019s instructions, a seniority list was to be prepared by identifying surplus teachers posted in the Bamhnidih block of Janjgir-Champa district. The District Education Officer (DEO), Janjgir-Champa, submitted a report to the Collector highlighting irregularities in the seniority list prepared by the BEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the errors in the list were corrected before the counseling process and the procedure was completed, the Collector considered the initial negligence in preparing the list as a serious matter.
